TNC to Calendar

Privacy policy

Last updated: 5 November 2026.

Access and use. The utility uses Gmail read-only permission to find selected announcement messages, read their text and identify event details. It uses Google Calendar permission to check for existing entries and create or update events managed by the importer. An account check restricts execution to the configured owner.

Storage. Created calendar entries contain event details and a link to the source email. They are created with private visibility and no invited guests. Import identifiers are stored as private Calendar event properties. Existing unrelated events are left unchanged. Execution logs may contain event metadata, message identifiers and processing results in the owner's Google project.

Sharing. The utility does not send invitations, sell data, use data for advertising or send email contents to an external language-model service. Processing uses Google Apps Script, Gmail and Calendar. This information page does not provide access to the script, mailbox or calendar.

Control and retention. The owner can stop scheduled processing by deleting its Apps Script trigger, revoke the utility's Google Account access, and remove imported Calendar events. Revoking access stops subsequent processing; it does not automatically delete existing emails, calendar entries or logs. Google controls retention of platform logs and backups.

The utility's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Contact. The support contact for the utility is shown on its Google authorization screen.
